Do you offer tele-health visits?

Yes! We are fully operational with a HIPPA compliant tele-health platform for nutrition counseling and health coaching sessions. Also, in facing the Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis, Blue Cross Blue Shield has expanded coverage to include virtual nutrition visits.


 

What’s the difference between a nutrition consultation and health coaching?

Nutrition consultations: This is where the focus is placed on clinical assessment of the client’s health and making appropriate nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for treating it or managing it.

Integrative health coaching: This means partnering with the client on guiding them to implement behavior changes that will lead to better health.

 

 

Do you make specific supplement recommendations?

Yes. In tune with your personal nutrition and health needs, we’ll recommend specific supplements for your treatment or management plan. We offer convenient, easy access to our trusted online dispensary of high-quality supplements (including many that are hard to find locally).

 

 

What is health coaching?

Having a health coach is like having a “personal trainer” but instead of the focus being on improving your physical fitness, you’re focusing on  addressing your whole self’s health (body, mind and soul).
