Behind the scenes of your Initial Consultation
If you set a complimentary discovery call, we may direct you to our first official step in getting your health back on track: our Initial Nutrition Consultation.
This is an exciting, thoughtful, in-depth nutritional assessment with our founder, Monica Gulisano, RDN. In this time together, Monica will pay careful attention to your medical history, nutritional and diet history, lifestyle, occupational factors, current health issues and symptoms.
As a practitioner of functional medicine, she will identify root causes of the imbalances that are impacting your health and well-being and will recommend first steps to start your recovery. Monica will develop a personalized nutrition care plan tailored to your needs that may include diet, supplement, lab, and lifestyle recommendations. Together, we will create a vision for your optimal health and lay out a plan to attain it.
Could this type of work change the trajectory of your health and your relationship with food?
